These Terms ( "Terms" ) cover your access to the xelioinvest website, mobile apps, trading the "Services") provided by xelioinvest. Account creation means accepting these Terms in full.
1. Who may join. Applicants must be of legal age and contractually capable to contract. Where we remains unlicensed or excluded, locals may not join. Account accuracy and login secrecy remain your responsibility.
2. Services. xelioinvest operates an electronic marketplace for the markets listed on this platform. Nothing here is personal advice; every trading choice stays with you. Market data displayed is for information and can lag or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risk notice. Trading carries serious downside and suits only those who can bear it. Leveraged products can send losses beyond the collateral posted. Risk only capital which losing entirely you can absorb.
4. Fees. Fees, spreads and funding rates appear on the Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Pricing may shift after fair notice.
5. Prohibited conduct. Cornering and manipulation, abusing technical holes, rights breaches and unlawful use are banned outright. Laundering plus sanctions breaches are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. Where law permits legal extent, xelioinvest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms may be updated over time. Post-change use after updates means agreement. The applicable law is the home jurisdiction of the operating entity.
